USG guided subclavian perivascular block

5 year old child posted for both bone (Radius ulna) nailing - done under brachial plexus block after giving appropriate sedation.
Patient stable throughout the surgery.

Young adult male with lateral 1/3 Clavicle fracture posted for Clavicle plating.
Case done successfully under PNS guided Interscalene block + landmark guided Superficial cervical plexus block
Patient awake and comfortable throughout the surgery.

5 year male child, 11kg weight, ASA 3
history of dengue, septic shock associated with perineal excoriation for which debridement was done.

At present posted for laparotomy and stoma formation

Done under General anaesthesia
USG guided QL block given as a part of multimodal analgesia
