i want to knw about prognosis of paraplegia case n any nw reserch treatment protocal

MRI: large posterior disc hernition seen at C6-C7 with ANTERIOR epidural soft tissue comprassing the thical sac, transvering nerve root bilateraly and spianl cord contusion edema.
bilateraly paravertebral and posterior paraspianl and minimal prevertbral heamatoma is seen.
POST OPRATIVE MRI; C6-C7 graft is midly indeting the thecal sac and adjusting the spinal cord.
alterd spinal cord signal at c6-c7 level
represent edema with myelomalacic change.
altered signle in the lower cervical posterir paraspinal soft tissue represtnts contusion edema,
