WEIGHTLOSS RECIPES:
Soup of the day
:carrot & celery soup:
INGREDIENTS:
4 Carrots diced
4 ribs Celery diced
1 small Onion diced
2 inches Ginger Fresh
4 cloves Garlic
1 handful Thyme
1 tablespoon Olive oil
1 Salt to taste
6 cups Water
RECIPE
1-Heat olive oil in a pot, add onions, and cook until translucent.
2-Add diced carrot and celery, stir to coat in oil, and cook covered for five minutes.
3-Add water, garlic, ginger, thyme and salt, then bring to a boil.
4-Reduce heat to medium-low and cook until veggies are tender. Serve warm.
