धूमातपतुषाराम्बुक्रीडातिस्वप्नजागरैः।
उत्सेधातिपुरोवातबाष्पनिग्रहरोदनैः॥
अत्यम्बुमध्यपानेने कृमिभिर्वेगधारणैः।
उपधानमृजाभ्यङ्गद्वेषाच्च प्रततेक्षणैः॥
असात्म्यगन्धदुष्टान्नभाषाध्यैश्च शिरोगतैः।

•Dhooma: Excessive exposure to Smoke / Fumes
•Aatapa: Excessive exposure to heat of Sun
•Tushara: Excessive exposure to moist and cold air, fog, dew
•Ambukreeda: Playing in water for longer periods or repeatedly, Working in water
•Atisvapna: Excessive sleep
•Atiprajagara: Excessive awakening during nights
•Utsedha: Swelling and inflammation
•Atipurovata: Exposure in excess to the breeze coming from East, walking, riding, sitting or working against the breeze
