મણકા ના સાંધામાં માં થતો દુખાવો. મણકા ના સાંધામાં ઉમર ના કારણે ઘસારો લાગવા થી અથવા તો ઈજા થવા થી દુખાવો થતો હોઈ છે. આ દુખાવો કમર કે ગરદન માં થઇ શકે છે.
⛔લક્ષણો
⛔કમર /ગરદન માં વચ્ચેથી સહેજ બાજુમાં દુખાવો થવો.
⛔કોઈક વાર કમર થી ઘૂંટણ સુધી દુખાવો થવો.
⛔સવારે ગરદન/ કમર જકડાઈ જવી,ગરમ પાણી નાખવા થી/થોડી હલન-
