Regular physical activity is crucial for stroke prevention.

Engaging in moderate to vigorous exercise for at least 2.5 hours per week can significantly reduce stroke risk.

This can be achieved through various activities like brisk walking, swimming, or cycling, and can even be broken down into shorter 10-minute sessions throughout the day.

📋Tips for Incorporating Exercise into Your Routine:

~ Find activities you enjoy: This will make it easier to stick to a regular exercise routine.

~ Start slowly and gradually increase intensity and duration.

~ Break up your exercise sessions: If you can't commit to a long workout, break it up into smaller sessions throughout the day.

~ Incorporate more movement into your daily life: Take the stairs, walk instead of driving, or do some gardening.

~ Consider consulting with a healthcare professional: If you have any health conditions, it's always a good idea to consult with your doctor before starting a new exercise program.

As neurophysiotherapists, we’ve seen how powerfully the brain responds to visual input.

🧠 In fact, the brain processes visuals 60,000 times faster than text!

That’s not just a cool number—it's the reason why our rehab sessions are designed with clear cues, purposeful demonstrations, and visually structured exercises.

✔️ Visuals guide brain plasticity
✔️ They help rewire motor patterns
✔️ They accelerate recovery

From stroke rehab to balance training to motor re-learning —
➡️ What the brain sees, it learns faster.

✨ That’s why we believe:

Good design isn’t just for aesthetics. It’s how we speak to the brain.

How does Visualisation shape our future ?

~Visualization significantly influences our behaviors, decisions, and goals.

~ our visual perception isn't just a passive process, it directly impacts how we perform and stay motivated.

~ The emotional aspect of visualization also plays a role in overcoming negative thought patterns, such as rumination. This is especially valuable for those dealing with anxiety, ADHD, or those who tend to dwell on negative thoughts.

~ By leveraging visualization, individuals can rewire their brains for greater emotional resilience.

~ Visualization is not just about seeing the world differently—it's about actively shaping our experiences, decisions, and long-term success. Whether you're looking to improve cognitive performance, break self-imposed limits, or achieve ambitious goals, understanding.

Stop affecting yourself with negative thoughts and negative energies

Exercise not only benefits physical health but also plays a vital role in maintaining brain health by boosting the production of neurotrophins.

This helps fortify brain cell structure and signaling capacity, combating age-related cognitive decline.

As brain volume naturally decreases with age, exercise serves as a powerful tool to counter the reductions in brain cell size and connections.

By emphasizing the importance of lifestyle choices, such as regular exercise, individuals can potentially alleviate the severity of age-related cognitive decline and preserve cognitive function over time.

~ I'm A Neuro- Physiotherapist and here is a Brain Health Exercise Plan for you all.
