A patient came at om dental hospital with cheif complaint of multiple mobile teeth. patient was diabetic and was looking for immediate resort and treatment.Here is what we have done for him in seven days.
Treatment plan
1) check up and initial digital scan and pre op cbct
2) surgical single piece implant placement
3) digital scanning of abutments
4) implant bending and abutment height adjustment
5) cbct with opaque Markers for occlusal rim and jaw relation
6) cad designing of prosthesis
7) milled pmma prosthesis delivery.
Everything is shown stepwise
