Is your posture changing lately?
It might not just be a habit — it can be an early sign of a spine deformity. 🌀
Our spine has a natural S-shape:
✔ Cervical lordosis (inward curve)
✔ Dorsal kyphosis (outward curve)
✔ Lumbar lordosis (lower inward curve)
When any of these curves get altered:
👉 The body starts tilting to one side
👉 A hump may appear on the back
👉 Posture becomes uneven while standing or walking
How do we know if it’s a real deformity or just pain-induced tilt?
➡️ If the tilt is due to pain, it becomes straight when you bend forward
➡️ If it’s a real deformity, the hump becomes more visible while bending
That’s why proper evaluation with X-ray, MRI or CT scan is essential.
Early diagnosis = Better treatment. 🙌
