Why You Should Never Give a Phone While Your Baby is eating food- Dr Santosh Yadav

Screen-free eating is not about “perfect parenting.”
It’s about helping children learn hunger, taste, attention, and family connection ❤️

If your child already eats with screens, don’t stop suddenly. Reduce it gradually:

• Prefer TV over mobile phones
• Keep only 2–3 familiar videos
• Slowly reduce stimulation/speed
• Make at least ONE meal screen-free every day

Small consistent changes matter more than strict rules 🙌

That tiny first cry… the most beautiful sound for every doctor and parent 🤍👶

And then comes little newborn surprises like Erythema Toxicum — those harmless red newborn rashes that look scary but are completely normal ✨

Parenthood is full of worries, learning, and magical firsts. Trust the process, trust your baby 💕

We grew up getting hit… and many of us still became successful adults.
But today, we understand children, emotions, and parenting much better.

Our parents did the best they could with the awareness they had.
This reel is not about blaming parents — it’s about evolving parenting.

Because discipline is important…
but fear should never replace connection, safety, and love. ❤️

What do you think — should physical punishment still be part of parenting today?

Every couple planning marriage should do one important blood test: Thalassemia Screening.
Two healthy-looking carriers can still pass severe thalassemia to their child.

A simple test today can prevent lifelong suffering tomorrow.
Spread awareness. Save future generations. ❤️

HairFall in infants - Normal or not ?

This is most likely an insect bite reaction, common in babies because their skin is more sensitive. It usually is not permanent and improves in a few days. Avoid scratching, keep the area clean, use a cold compress or calamine lotion, and watch for swelling, pus, fever, or spreading redness.
