People often think that stair climbing will lead to early osteoarthritis. But, that's a myth. In last video, we discussed benefits of stair climbing for general health. Today, I highlight benefits of stair climbing for Knee joint. Stair climbing is one of the best exercise for Gluteal and quadriceps muscles, which are important for stability and balance. Stair climbing improves joint mobility. One caution you have to practice is, don't do it with painful joints. Gradually build your strength and don't overdo. Happy Stair climbing!
