Operated a rare case of 12 wks iufd( dead fetus) in rt side of noncommunicated horn of Bicornuate uterus, actually rt rudimentary horn became very huge and vascular due to dead fetus( 12 wks iufd), we completely removed that horn, so in future recurrence of same event can be prevented…
