How do you 3D print 600 pieces of a part in one go when your build plate only has enough room to accommodate 30?

You stack them one over the other with a gap of 0.2mm and go as high as your printer’s z-axis allows. Strong enough bond between the parts in a column during printing and yet they are easily separable in a snap when the printing is done.

PS: Works only with parts that have the same flat bottom and top surface profiles.

This is how we prototyped a batch of packaging inserts that we developed for Lenskart to safeguard eyewear frames from damage during transit inside their cases.
