At the outset I quote some of the utterances of great sage SWAMI VIVEKANANDA :
“My Ideal indeed can be put into a few words & that is to preach unto mankind the divinity & how to make it manifest in every movement of life. Each soul is potentially Divine. The goal is to manifest this divine within by controlling the nature external and internal. Do this either by work or worship or psychic
control of philosophy, by one or more or all of these and be free. This is the whole of religion. Doctrines and dogmas, rituals or books, temples or forms are but secondary details." Unquote
Thus inspired & taking a Que from these utterances I decided to do some social work without asking for any reward (nishkam karam). In this dispensation, by the grace of God, I have formed a charity trust named as LAKSHMI CHARITABLE TRUST last year. This trust is registered in the court of law at Jammu. This work of charity shall take place purely on humanitarian grounds. The charity shall be done both through cash and kind. The charity work is always God's work. I am not the doer but I am only an instrument. I take no fruits of this work. The Trust at present comprise of eight Trustees with myself as Chairman
I have given it a beginning by doing some charity work for an old age home located namely Matoshree in Karve Nagar, Pune. I am enclosing a clip containing some photographs and a video containing interview with the manager of the Old age ashram. I seek the blessings of my friends and relatives where ever they are on this planet to take this Noble Cause to Greater Heights. GOD BLESS
