Essence of Ishavasya Upanishad Day-3: Verse:2
Sloka :
kurvann eveha karmāṇi jijīviṣec chataṁ samāḥ
evaṁ tvayi nānyatheto ’sti na karma lipyate nare.

A person should wish to live a hundred years performing righteous actions;
By living thus, no sin or bo***ge touches one — action itself becomes pure.

Song:
Live by your work, with heart awake,
Let every act be for truth’s sake,
In deeds of light, the soul shall grow,
Free from chains this life shall flow.

मनुष्य को कर्म करते हुए सौ वर्षों तक जीने की इच्छा रखनी चाहिए;

Essence of Ishavasya Upanishad Day-2- Verse:1

"Ishavasyam idam sarvam yat kincha jagatyam jagat |
Tena tyaktena bhunjitha ma gridhah kasyasvid dhanam ||"
This fundamental verse declares that the entire universe is pervaded and governed by the Divine consciousness (Isha). Everything that moves and exists in this world is filled with the presence of God. One should enjoy life's experiences through renunciation and detachment, without being greedy for wealth that ultimately belongs to no one permanently.
Song:
In every atom, every star that gleams,
The Divine presence flows in endless streams,
Enjoy with gratitude what comes your way,
But hold nothing tight—all fades away.

Essence of Ishavasya Upanishad - Day-1

The Ishavasya Upanishad is one of the oldest and shortest Upanishads, part of the Yajur Veda.
It was composed around 800–500 BCE during the early Vedic period.
The Upanishad emphasizes that the Supreme Being (Isha) pervades everything in the universe.
It teaches renunciation, selfless living, and unity of Atman and Brahman.
It is highly valued for its simple yet profound spiritual wisdom.

“Pūrṇam adah pūrṇam idam pūrṇāt pūrṇam udachyate |
pūrṇasya pūrṇam ādāya pūrṇam evāvaśiṣyate ||”

The whole is complete, and the part is complete too.
From completeness, completeness emerges.
Even after taking completeness from completeness,
What remains is still completeness.

Song:
Wholeness is infinite, never apart,
From fullness, fullness flows like art.
Take what you need, the whole remains,
In every part, the full sustains.

Sloka:
