TIMINGS "9.00 am - 6.00 pm"

Some government issued guidelines to be followed-
*Persons above 65 years of age and children below 10 years are advised not to use gyms.

*Individuals must maintain a minimum distance of 6 feet.

*Use of face covers/masks is mandatory at all times in the premises.

*Wash hands with soap for at least a minute even when hands are not visibly dirty.

*Self-monitoring of health and reporting any illness at the earliest.

*Installation and use of Arogya Setu app should be installed on everybody's mobile phones.

Body Tech is a true neighborhood gym for fitness bloomers striving to achieve one common goal: to build a better body for life. This gym established in 2001 has already added several feathers to its cap including 21 national medals, over 100 state medals and above 150 district medals.

With reasonably affordable prices and high class equipments, the gym is owned by Mr. Ujjal Deka, who has several titles to his name including a 7 time Mr. Assam and a 2 time Mr. East India. He is also a National judge, a District Secretary, the Vice President of WABBA, Assam and Northeast Bodybuilding advisor.

Body Tech offers a variety of programs including body building, arm wrestling, power lifting, flexibility training, weight loss etc.

Besides being a trainer, Ujjal is also a dietitian, a nutritionist and a supplement provider.
