During my school and college days, I was very shy with lack of confidence and a co
nfused mind. I had to undergo various medical treatments for back. Interest in trekking could not take off to anywhere due to above conditions. Then came a suggestion, that I should join some class to learn Yoga which can help if not cure. Then I did joined Yoga in the year 2011. That changed my life. The effect of Yoga was very far reaching. I then decided that it would be better of to abandon my 9-years long career and personal interests, to become a full time student and learner of Yoga including Power Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, undergoing Meditation and other various Breathing Exericises. Yoga not only assist you to physical improvement but also nourish your mind and spirit. I did my Masters in Philosophy (Yoga) from Mumbai University. Also, I went to Kerala, Sivananda Ashram for Internationally Acclaimed (Teachers Training) 'Yoga Siromani' course and did Advance Teachers Training Power Yoga course from 'CAFPY' Chitranjan's Academy of Fitness and Power Yoga.
