🌿 आषाढी एकादशी स्पेशल – भाग १: उपासाला काय टाळावं?

"एकादशी दुप्पट खाशी" म्हण असली, तरी आता हेल्दी उपास करायला हवा!
आजच्या भागात पाहूया उपासाच्या दिवशी काय खाऊ नये:

❌ १. साबुदाणा
साबुदाणा = फक्त स्टार्च!
पोषणमूल्य नगण्य.
वडे, खिचडीसारख्या फॉर्ममध्ये तळून खातो – त्यामुळे शक्यतो टाळा.
डायबिटीस असलेल्यांनी खासकरून सावध!

❌ २. बटाटा
बटाटाही स्टार्चयुक्त.
चिप्स, पिठल, बटाटा-किस यामुळे अनावश्यक कॅलोरीज वाढतात.
तळलेला बटाटा = नाही म्हणणं शहाणपणाचं!

❌ ३. तळलेले पदार्थ
चिप्स, चिवडा, वडे...
सगळं तळलेलं म्हणजे थेट कॅलोरीचा स्फोट!
उपास = डिटॉक्स, हे लक्षात ठेवा.
