On this International Men’s Day, here’s a heartfelt monologue reflecting the truths we often ignore.

Yes—men make mistakes, society has flaws, and not every man is ideal. But there are countless silent, responsible, emotionally layered men who hold families, workplaces, and communities together without seeking recognition.

This piece celebrates those everyday men—sensitive, strong, imperfect, and deeply human.

On this World Mental Health Day, MENTAL is a gentle yet thought-provoking reflection on how,
even as our cities and metros become more vocal about mental health, we still shy away from truly acknowledging it — in others and in ourselves.

This monologue invites us to look inward, to drop the pretense, and to embrace the truth that all of humanity is, in some way or another, a little “mental.” And that’s perfectly okay.

Let’s normalize conversations around mental well-being — not as a trend, but as a daily act of kindness, compassion, and courage.

On his 41st birthday, Pratham collapses on a city footpath — not from illness alone, but from years of taking life for granted. That moment becomes a quiet turning point. No dramatic resolutions, no overnight transformation — just a decision to start respecting life again, one small step at a time.

This story is a gentle reminder that sometimes, all it takes is a brief pause to realize how much we’ve been rushing through life. 💭

Take a deep breath. Reflect. Maybe today’s the day you stop taking things for granted too.

“This Dasara, as we celebrate the victory of good over evil, let’s also honor the battles within. Replace stress with self-care, guilt with self-compassion, and worry with hope. Mental well-being is not about perfection, but gentle, small progress. Wishing you peace, strength, and joy this festive season. 💫✨”

Daily Wins for Your Ravan Thoughts 🧠✨”

Morning Calm: Start your day by observing your Ravan thoughts for 2–5 minutes without judgment.

Joy Spotting: Notice one small thing that makes you genuinely smile and linger on it.

Move Magic: Shake off mental tension—dance, stretch, or walk for 3–5 minutes.

Digital Detox: Silence notifications to quiet some of the chatter in your mind.

Check Your Heads: Pause and ask, “Which of my Ravan thoughts is running the show? Is it telling me the truth or just some assumptions?

Power Affirmation: Say aloud: “I am calm, I am capable, I am bigger than my Ravan thoughts.”

Evening Reflection: Note one small win of the day to show your Ravan thoughts who’s boss!

MindMoksh's Mental Health Awareness Campaign

· Being a Psychological Counselling Center, we have been experiencing this “social stigma” around mental health very closely. Here are some generic instances.

1. How our client’s family members are not aware about his or her sessions with us (The Therapist/Counsellor);

2. How it’s difficult for kids, teenagers as well as adults to share their stories of their depression, their anxiety OR their confusion about exactly what to do about it;

3. How it is difficult for parents to be friends with their children and empathise with them;
