We are recruiting 4–5 complete drilling teams for a reputed project in Serbia. Skilled and experienced manpower is needed for the following roles:
👷♂️ Driller Operator
👨🔧 Assistant Driller
👨🏭 Auxiliary Helper
🍽️ Food Allowance Provided | 🏠 Accommodation by Company
📋 Job Descriptions:
🔹 Driller Operator: Responsible for operating and managing the drilling rig, monitoring drilling parameters, maintaining logs, supervising the assistant, and ensuring equipment safety.
🔹 Assistant Driller: Provides technical and physical support, prepares tools and mud, handles pipes, cleans equipment, and ensures safety compliance.
🔹 Auxiliary Helper: Supports on-site tasks (no fixed job description), assisting the team as needed.
✅ 12-hour duty
✅ 2 weeks on duty / 1 week off
✅ Immediate hiring – quick deployment
