Subz Adaraki Shorba🫚🥕🍲🍜🥣

Ingredients :
Finely chopped carrot 1/2 cup
Finely chopped french beans 1/2 cup
Finely chopped cauli flower 1/2 cup
Green Peas 1/2 cup
Grated Ginger 1 tsp
Grated Garlic 2 tsp
Finely chopped corriander stem 2 tsp
Bay leaf 1-2 no
Cinnamon stick 1-2 no
Turmeric pinchful
Lemon juice as per taste
Salt as per taste
Olive Oil for cooking
Warm Water- 1 cup

Chopped Boiled Yam 1 cup (suran)
Chopped Boiled Arbi 1 cup (peeled and boiled)
Chopped spring onions greens 1/2 cup
Grated garlic in sesame oil 2 tsp
Broth Powder 2 tsp
Light Soy sauce 1 tsp
Sesame Oil 1 tsp
Apple cider vinegar 1/2 tsp
Salt as per taste
Vegetable stock- 3 cups
