ЁЯУН Activity: Walk minimum 5 KM every day . ( If youтАЩre completely beginner in your fitness journey then start with 2/3 km .
Download Strava app and join Pratiswasthyayog Club. You can invite your friend, wife, daughter, mother, sister or colleague for the walk challenge.
тШШя╕ПMinimum 5km every day (throughout the day you can break this 5km ) is must.
