High risk pregnancy -heart disease patient ...came from Bhiwandi in hope of best results.....and Yes...we gave our best .
Admitted for operative intervention for heart disease- heart operation done successfully...was about to discharge patient to home and come back after 1 week for delivery but during recheck before discharge we found that foetal heart rate was going down - emergency cesarean section done .
We are happy that both baby and patient both are doing fine.
