Basti Procedure

This process specially works on Vaat dosha vikruti. Vaat dosha is very important among tri-doshas because it regulates and performs all the activities of the body. This procedure helps to balances the Vaat dosha vikruti. In this procedure medicated look warm oil or necessary herbal decoction is injected through re**um which is called as Basti (Medicated E***a). Rakt mokshan is the last and very important procedure for body purification of panchakarma.
This procedure is done to eliminate toxic or infected blood through specific infected body portion by doing Leech therapy (jalauka vacharan) or Venesection.
This procedure includes two methods

Leech Therapy (Jalauka vacharan) - by applying required quantity of leech at the infected area

Our slimming program includes two types of massage
1) Full Body oil Massage (Abhyangam) along with herbal steam bath
2) Dry herbal powder massage (udwartan) along with herbal steam bath
This therapy is carried out for 60 minutes which has 45 minutes massage session and 15 minutes steam bath for 18 to 24 days.

Body Detoxification :-

Our unhealthy food habits, hectic schedule, sedentary lifestyle and sometimes addiction made toxins at large level in our body channels. This leads to imbalance of proper function of tri-dosha’s (vat, pitta and kaph) which causes many ailments in our body.
So this therapy is useful when body accumulates toxins and impurities at large and unable to excrete them naturally, then some panchakarma procedures along with ayurvedic medine and some exercises we eliminates these impurities through body. So the body functions work properly without causing any side effect.
This treatment is carried out for 16-18 days.
