The Umrao Inistitute of Medical Science and Research
The very first object of The UMRAO Institute of Medical Science & Research was to create a world class healthcare facility in this extended suburb of North Mumbai. A 14-storeyed, 330-bedded multispecialty tertiary care hospital was put up which commenced its operations towards the end of 2010. It has been envisioned as a healthcare destination where patients receive care in a truly restorative environment. It delivers hi-end clinical care across major medical specialties through comprehensive solutions including consultancy, diagnostics and therapy. UMRAO created a healthcare facility with state-of-the-art infrastructure and patient services beyond compare. Now, the management and operation of this facility has been entrusted to Wockhardt Hospitals Ltd.
