Empowering Communities: A Milestone Moment as Rubicon Research Inaugurates Rubicon Center for Excellence.

Rubicon Center for Excellence, a landmark facility at Baba Amte Vikas Seva Sanstha (VSS), Shrigonda, Ahilyanagar, Maharashtra, was inaugurated on 19 April 2026, marking another meaningful step in our commitment to inclusive and sustainable development. Rubicon Center for Excellence is envisioned as a platform for the holistic development of persons with disabilities, underprivileged communities, and socially marginalized groups. This Center will enable access to education, training, healthcare, skill development, and employment opportunities, fostering self-reliance and dignity of life.

The inauguration took place in the esteemed presence of Padma Shri Dr. Abhay Bang, along with Rubicon Research Limited’s leadership team, Mr. Sudhir Pilgaonkar, Co‑founder; Ms. Pratibha Pilgaonkar, Managing Director; and Mr. Parag Sancheti, CEO. This initiative reflects Rubicon Research Limited’s continued efforts to create meaningful social impact by empowering communities and contributing to a more inclusive and sustainable future.

Together, we continue to build pathways of hope, opportunity, and transformation.

The theme of World Children’s Day 2025, “My Day, My Rights.” celebrates every child’s right to play, explore and learn freely - a spirit we brought to life last week during our Children’s Day celebrations across our sites.🎈

Our R&D site and manufacturing facilities at Ambernath and Satara opened their doors to 120+ little Rubiconians for a day that was theirs. From a cheerful clown welcome and a fun meet-and-greet to a Bubble Show, pebble painting, pottery, and movie time, the day was packed with joy, creativity and learning through engaging games and experiences.🌟The Bouncing Castle and Giant Wheel brought the loudest laughter, while the science kit each child took home kept their sense of wonder growing.🔬

Here’s a glimpse of the smiles, energy and memories created as children explored their parents’ workplace, happily living the spirit of “their day”. 💙✨

Last year, our employees at Ambernath and Satara manufacturing facilities welcomed Lord Ganesha by creating unique idols from everyday materials on their shop floor. Each idol was more than a creation; it was a reflection of purity, devotion, and the strength of imagination that transforms the simple objects into divine forms.

As we celebrate Ganesh Chaturthi this year, these renditions continue to inspire us, reminding us that devotion lies in the spirit we bring, not the material we use.
