Every season of learning leaves a mark, and this summer was no different at . Our interns stepped out of classrooms and spent two months on the ground, supporting farmers in adopting technology.

From engaging in pre-season campaigns to introducing digital tools like and , our seven interns were deeply embedded in the field, working across 90 villages in 7 states to help farmers transition to Dry Seeded Rice (DSR) farming. They gained first-hand insights into the future of .

They engaged directly with farmers, understood local challenges, and facilitated the adoption of mechanized DSR practices—gaining valuable, real-world experience that goes far beyond books. This exposure gave them a unique perspective that only real-world challenges can offer. The experience not only sharpened their skills but also provided a strong foundation for their future careers.

Their journey culminated in impactful presentations that reflected curiosity, commitment, and fresh thinking. We celebrate their achievements and look forward to seeing many more young leaders shaping the future of agriculture with us.
