1.Have breakfast before donation
2.Age limit 18 to 65 years
3.Weight 50kg and above
4.Last donation 3 months prior to the above date.
5.No history of any major illness in the past 6 months
6.No history of Hypertension, Diabetes, heart ailment or major illness
7.No history of dengue, malaria, chikungunya in the last one year
8.Donors will get a certificate which is valid for one year.

9. *For those, who are taking medicines for diabetes, if you are taking insulin, you cannot donate*. *Others can continue with tablets and donate*.

10.*For those with hypothyroid, they can donate. Those with thyrotoxicosis or immune thyroiditis cannot donate*.
