We are pleased to announce that our Prochem Tapasya PSM-2000 is now ready for dispatch to Africa. Our Prochem Tapasya’s Plough Shear Mixers are versatile solutions for various industrial mixing needs, excelling in handling challenging, viscous materials like slurries, delicate food mixes, specialized chemicals, pigments, nutraceuticals, and herbs. Unlike plows that can get bogged down, our paddles efficiently blend these materials for uniform results.

The Prochem Tapasya’s PSM 2000 liter model, designed for the food industry, exemplifies our commitment to efficiency with features such as:
· Accurate verification of batch quantity.
· A system for spraying liquids.
· Three choppers specialized in delumping cakes.
· FAT tank discharge valve for 100% sealing.
· Uniform mixing of powder up to 99.5% and efficient powder discharge.
· Minimal retention inside the mixer, less than 2%.
· CIP (Clean-in-Place) provision.
· Large, horizontally opening cleaning and feeding doors.
