Most of the females go through pms...it starts a week to couple of days before periods come.. U experience mood swings, bloating of body, weight gain, breast engorgement and lots more...how to cope up with this..

1. It is advisable to take Vitamin B 6 as supplement from 15 th day of ur cycle till the periods come.... deficiency of this Vitamin B 6 is foremost cause of pms.
REGIMEN...
1. Do regular exercise like suryanamashkar , aerobics and stretching.
2. Do meditation to relax ur mind and emotions.
3. Reduce salt intake couple of days before periods to reduce weight gain and bloating.
4 Eat dark choclates to elevate your mood.
5. Take plenty of calcium rich food.
6. Take maximum amount of fresh fruits , green leafy vegetables and protein rich food.
7. Reduce intake of alcohol, caffeine and smoking.
8. Last but not the least take proper sleep for around 8-10 hrs during this time...
