💥 Kinesiotaping for sever muscle cramp💥

A muscle cramp is a strong, painful contraction or tightening of a muscle that comes on suddenly and lasts from a few seconds to several minutes. It often occurs in the legs.

Overuse of a muscle, dehydration, muscle strain or simply holding a position for a prolonged period can cause a muscle cramp.

Symptoms of a muscle cramp include local pain at the site of the cramp, which can be severe, and firmness or tenderness of the involved muscle.

Fan shaped kinesiotaping helps to reduce the swelling, improves the blood circulation and reliev pain.

💥Heel pain/ plantar Fasciitis💥

Plantar fasciitis is inflammation of plantar fascia. It's a thick fibrous band that spans from heel bone to toes. It serves the purpose of providing passive support to arch of foot.

Pain can be described as sharp or stabbing pain near heels. Pain is usually worse in morning or with prolonged standing,running/walking.

Kinesiotaping is advised to be used for alleviating pain through lifting the tissue by doing this is providing support to the arch of the foot and reduces inflammation.

This not only gives your plantar fascia a chance to heal, but it also helps prevent further damage.

The patient had come with generalized backpain and calf pain.
After the throughout assessment, we came across to know that the patient have a tendancy to curling her toes while standing.
As human body is a one single unit, misuse or overuse of one muscle leads to the problem in any other structures linked to it.
Which leads to the tightness in her calf and pain radiated till back.
• HyperVolt was given to release the calf muscles
• Kinesiotaping to limit the tendancy of toe curling
• Few exerises for calf stretching.

Here are few of the techniques which we use frequently, to provide you better results:

• Dry Needling: It's a treatment that involves the insertion of a very thin needle into trigger points or tight muscles of your body. The main purpose is to improve tissue healing and restore muscle function.

• Taping Technique: There are various Taping Techniques which is used to restrict the movement of injured joints, reduce swelling, provide proper support and allow natural movement.

• Dry Cupping: This is done by applying suction cups on the skin which increases blood circulation. This relieve muscle tension, muscle knots which can improve overall blood flow and promote cell repair.

• Thera Band Exercises: Resistance band exercises are use as rehabilitation exercises to strengthen the muscle to support the joint and movement effectively.
