Notice - Coronavirus

Dear Patrons,

The developing situation on coronavirus (COVID- 19) requires each one of us to exercise abundant caution.

Hence *SaiCare Physiotherapy will remain closed till 15th April 2020.*
We are sorry for the inconvenience. Please reach out to us at if you need any Physiotherapy advise during this period.

Meanwhile, we urge you to practice good hygiene, wash your hands regularly with soap and water or disinfect with a good alcohol-based sanitizer. Avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth.
Please stay inside, break the chain, and avoid stepping out for whatever reason. Put your phone to good use in this period and bond with friends and family... and try to stay sane!
If you develop fever, cough and difficulty during breathing, seek medical attention promptly as this may be due to a respiratory infection or other serious condition.

Exercise caution, stay healthy, stay safe!

Excellent Response to the Free Bone Mineral Density Camp organised at our clinic to celebrate the 7th anniversary of Saicare Physiotherapy & Rehab Clinic.
86 people assessed the health of their bones at the BMD camp.

Sai Care's physios had wonderful Sunday morning session (10th March'19) with the runners of Ambarnath Runner's Club. Our physios led them through strengthening, warm-up, cool-down exercises, and active and passive stretching along with a short talk on the importance of these exercises to avoid injuries!
This is Sai Care’s small contribution for a more active and healthy life to the local community it serves!!
