A case of injury, operated in United Kingdom in emergency and was been implanted with a bigger size of orbital ball implant [fig.2], photo 2 is without artificial eye, one can see the bulge. Tried making a customized prosthetic eye (thin shell) approx average thickness 300 nanometres [fig.3]. Suggested to make some changes in the Spectacle prescription (-1) to match as per the fellow eye [fig.4]

Note: it's very difficult to manage a socket with a bigger or a smaller size of orbital implant, the average distribution of implant and CMOP (Customized Ocular Prosthesis) should be 70:30 for better final outcome.
