Shake a Leg to Save a Leg.

Patient complaining of severe right leg pain. History of bypass surgery for absent blood flow to right leg - got blocked again. Stenting of native blood vessel done few years back. Now, completely occluded blood flow to right leg due to stent block.

Angio: In-Stent Restenosis with complete cut off of blood flow to right leg.

Occlusion crossed from right leg artery (common femoral artery).

Angioplasty done. But significant residual ostio-proximal in-stent stenosis with risk of repeat occlusion soon.

So repeat stenting done and normal blood flow restored to right leg
