Since its inception in 2006 at Trivandrum, Hamstrings has helped hundreds of women lose their excess weight and regain their confidence. Owing to our huge success in Trivandrum we established our branches in Kollam & Thrissur in 2010 and 2012 respectively. In 2014 we have opened our 4th branch in Tiruvalla. The success and growth of Hamstrings over the past 6 years has left even its competitors in awe. Hamstrings is looking to expand its horizons to the rest of India and Middle East in the coming years.
