🌿About 25 years back, there were always some characteristic or style in every region of world in routine,habits, diet, jobs, activities etc and moreover we rarely heard the words 'Lifestyle disorders', PCOS etc.
🌿But today the life changed a lot and wide varieties of diet, routines, job timing, study timing etc all is common. Obviously the changed lifestyle is not in a proper way but in a general way. So the sedentary life became it's part.

🧿The term first appeared in his November 2005 National Geographic magazine cover story, "The Secrets of a Long Life".
🧿Five "Blue Zones" have been posited: Oinawa (Japan); Sardinia (Italy); Nicoya (Costa Rica); Icaria (Greece); Loma Linda, California, based on evidence showing why these populations live healthier and longer lives than others.

🌿Stress reduction.
🌿Moderate caloric intake.
🌿Plant-based diet.
🌿Moderate alcohol intake, especially wine.
