TSC Hospital Pvt Ltd had its humble beginnings in 23 November 2010 in a single 3-storeyed building offering specialized treatment in Surgery and Gynecology. മൂന്ന് മുതൽ ഏഴ് വയസ്സ് വരെയുള്ള കുട്ടികളിലാണ് അഡിനോയിട് ഗ്രന്ഥിയിലെ വീക്കം കാണപ്പെടുന്നത്. ഇതിന്റെ ലക്ഷണങ്ങൾ വിട്ടുമാറാത്ത ജലദോഷം, മൂക്കടപ്പ്, ശ്വാസം എടുക്കാനുള്ള ബുദ്ധിമുട്ട് ഇത് കാരണമായുള്ള ഉറക്കക്കുറവ് ക്ഷീണം തലവേദന എന്നിവയാണ്. വായ തുറന്നു ഉറങ്ങുന്നത് വഴി പല്ല് പൊന്തി വരാനും രണ്ടാമതായി വരുന്ന പല്ലുകൾ നിര തെറ്റി വരാനുമുള്ള സാധ്യതയുണ്ട്. ചെവിയിൽ ഇൻഫെക്ഷൻ ഉണ്ടായി അതുവഴി കെൾവി ശക്തി കുറയാനുള്ള സാധ്യതയുണ്ട്. ഇവയ്ക്കെല്ലാം ഉള്ള ട്രീറ്റ്മെന്റ് ആയിട്ട് nasal drops, മെഡിസിൻസും ആദ്യം കൊടുത്തു നോക്കും. ഇതിൽ ഫലം കിട്ടാത്ത കുട്ടികൾക്ക് അഡിനോയിഡ് അസസ്മെന്റ് രണ്ട് രീതിയിൽ ചെയ്യും. അഡിനോയിസിന്റെ X- Ray എടുത്തുനോക്കും അല്ലെങ്കിൽ nasal endoscopy ചെയ്തു നോക്കും. അഡ്നോക്സിഡിന്റെ size അനുസരിച്ചാണ് furthure ചികിത്സ ചെയ്യുക. ഇത് ട്രീറ്റ് ചെയ്യാതിരുന്നു കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ അത് ഭാവിയിൽ സർജിക്കൽ ആയിട്ട് കറക്റ്റ് ചെയ്യേണ്ടിവരും.

തൈറോയ്ഡ് മുഴകൾ ഉണ്ടെന്ന് സംശയത്തോടെ പേഷ്യൻസ് വരുമ്പോൾ ആദ്യമായി ചെയ്യുന്നത് ഒരു ക്ലിനിക്കൽ എക്സാമിനേഷൻ ആണ്. ഇത് confirm ചെയ്യാൻ അൾട്രാസൗണ്ട് സ്കാൻ ചെയ്യും. ഇതിന്റെ റിപ്പോർട്ടിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ കുത്തി പരിശോധിക്കണോ വേണ്ടയോ എന്ന് തീരുമാനിക്കും. പിന്നീട് ലഭിക്കുന്ന റിപ്പോർട്ട് എക്സാമിൽ ചെയ്തതിനുശേഷം ആണ് സർജറി വേണോ വേണ്ടയോ എന്ന് പറയുന്നത്.
