Swamiji explains the inner meaning of the legend around Thiruvonam. 🌼🌺🌸🍃 As the story goes, the king Mahabali conducted a great yaga, sacrifice, which was visited by Vamana, the Lord Vishnu disguised in the form of a dwarf, a young brahmachari. He requested the king to give him three paces of land, and upon taking the first step covered the entire heavens, second step entire Earth, so he asked where could he place his final step? Mahabali surrendered completely and offered the foot to be placed on his head. Vishnu was pleased. Mahabali is said to have been granted immortal rule over the underworld with Vishnu as his sentry.

Today marks 25 years since the founding of the Isa Viswa Prajnana Trust — born from Jagadguru Swami Isa’s selfless desire to build a world where every human being can attain Total Consciousness. Since 2000, Swamiji has devoted his time, day and night, to this mission, growing the organization from a small community into a global one.

Isalayam Ashram, Isa Viswa Vidyalayam, Global Energy Parliament — offering education, service to the poor and in slums, scientific research, workshops, conferences and parliaments — these are the ways that we have worked to nourish the heart as well as the head.

Recognition by the United Nations, appreciation by heads of state, and awards are just some of the ways that we know that this mission is making an impact in the world.

Those of you who have served, learned, grown and transformed, we are so glad to have you with us. We are here only due to the service of so many silent workers, full of devotion and sincerity. Thank you!

Prof. Armoogum Parsuramen, former Minister for Education of Mauritius and former Director of UNESCO, paid a visit to Swami Isa yesterday and delivered a speech at the Isa Viswa Vidyalayam, where he shared some of his personal story and the importance of the guru in one's life. He amused the audience by saying that he is trying to "earn a visa to Shiva Loka" 🔱, and he has "much to do in the world to gain it," even after an illustrious international career.
Swamiji, in His brief address, said that Shiva Loka is actually another name for the non-vibrating plane to which we all aspire from this vibrating plane of energy. We should all apply for this visa to Total Consciousness! ⭐
We were grateful for Prof. Parsuramen's visit and look forward to working with him on education projects! He is a great believer in Education for Total Consciousness and its potential to change the global education scenario.
