Job Opportunity for NULM skill Trained candidates
Control Room Executive
One of the Government organization located in Thiruvananthapuram requires three Executives to run a control room. Qualification, job description and other details are given below.

Qualification
1. Graduation with science background (Candidates should have studies science group either in 12 standards or during graduation).
2. Proficiency in computer applications
3. Proficiency in English
4. The candidates should possess a NSQF aligned skill certification in any of skill training courses conducted under NULM in which computer education and soft skills are included.

Salary Package
The salary will be as per GO (P) No. 81/2019/Fin dated 9-7-2019 category III - Maximum Monthly Contract Pay Rs. 20,760/- and subject to revision as per government decision time to time

Duty
Three individuals needed for 24 x 7 operations. So one individual need to work for 24 hrs (including night) and there after he/she will get two days off.
One candidate has to work average 243 hours during a month for getting full salary.

Location of appointment:
Thiruvananthapuram

Joining time
The organisation needs to start the control room activities as early as possible. Therefore the selected candidates have to join duty next week itself preferably on 30.10.2019

Job description
 Control room executives have to communicate with other stakeholders inside and outside the state both in Malayalam and English.
 Check mails regarding weather alerts from various sources
 The candidates should be attentive in duty should not miss any alert
 The candidates should have a better attitude to work for prolonged hours in the event of any disasters in the state.
Interested candidates may attend a walk in interview on 28.10.2019, 10.00 AM at the mini conference hall of Kudumbashree state mission office at Thiruvananthapuram.
