This is a subsystem on Climate Action (UNSDG-13) developed in 2018, for Worldwide Ex vivo with In vivo Realtime Digital Healthcare (WEIRDH) Network System, which is currently on submission at UNOPS, for the implementation by UN, National and Subnational Governments, jointly.
As there is a recent tragedy of Flood with Landslides at Wayanad, Kerala, India; on 30 July 2024, there is an urgency to install this system at Banasura Sagar Dam and Karapuzha Dam, to limit the Storage volume of water in these dams in real-time as per the inflow of water. This is much urgent to minimise such catastrophes of the future.
Thus, I intend to resurface my previous YouTube video.

I think, Variation in Ionizing Radiation Distribution at different localities, is causal for the Variation of Human CoV-Isolate colonies in Humans at these differentiated localities.
Any exposure of higher intensity from such radiation, than that of optimal for these colonies at Humans, over a period of time; may result the evolution of colonies with new mutant Human CoV-Isolates, that may be harmful for that Human Host.
