✨🐬 Deep cleansing 🐬✨
To remain clear and pure, to feel supported, healthy and protected, it is important to cleanse even the deepest layers.
That is why there are times of fasting.
Meditation.
By the way, meditation is not sitting and thinking nothing. Meditation is thinking all the way through.
Taking the time and space to let your thoughts fully unfold.
The cleansing here is… first letting everything flow out — all the water, all the thoughts.
Then bringing it up bucket by bucket, until the mud appears, and then all growth, dust and dirt can be cleared.
After that, pure, clear, fresh water (thoughts) can gather again and be illuminated by the light of the sun, beginning to sparkle and shine. 🥰☀️💃✨
THAT is the purpose of meditation.
The simplest technique:
🧘 Sit upright (not lying down or leaning — chair or floor is fine)
🧘 Inhale
Exhale
🧘 10 times — count along! (inhale and exhale is 1)
🧘 If you lose count, simply start again at 1 (no matter if you reached 11 or 27)
🧘 Start with 5 minutes daily
