Many women panic when their ultrasound report mentions an ovarian cyst.
But here’s the truth 👇

🔹 Most ovarian cysts are NOT cancer.
Many are completely normal and occur due to hormonal changes during the menstrual cycle.

Common non-cancerous ovarian cysts include:
• Functional cysts
• Corpus luteum cysts
• PCOS-related cysts
• Endometriotic cysts

In many cases, these cysts resolve on their own within a few menstrual cycles and only need follow-up.

🚨 When should further evaluation be done?
• Very large cysts
• Complex or solid cysts on ultrasound
• Persistent pelvic pain or bloating
• Rapid increase in size

📌 Remember:
An ultrasound finding is not equal to cancer.

HOW TO COLLECT A SEMEN SAMPLE CORRECTLY 🧪

Planning a semen analysis? Follow these instructions carefully to ensure accurate results:

1️⃣ Maintain 2–7 days of abstinence before sample collection.
2️⃣ Preferred method is ma********on.
3️⃣ Do NOT use regular condoms (they contain chemicals harmful to s***m).
4️⃣ Avoid lubricants unless specifically advised.
5️⃣ Collect the entire sample, especially the first portion.
6️⃣ Use a clean, sterile, wide-mouthed container provided by the lab.
7️⃣ Submit the sample within 30–60 minutes.
8️⃣ Keep the container close to body temperature during transport.
