Most of the yoga experts do not know how to practice Yoga ๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™€๏ธ Mudra properly. They use it as dancers ๐Ÿ‘ฏ use their Mudra.

What's the difference?
When we practice ๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™€๏ธYoga Mudra, everyone's individual ๐Ÿ‘คenergyโšก should reach at palm and finger tips and should work as
Either emit to surroundings
or absorb from surroundings
or work as triangular
or work as circular ( clockwise or anticlockwise
or work as ๐Ÿ“pin point of two 2โƒฃdifferent frequencies
Do you can work Yoga ๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™€๏ธMudra like this?

Most of the ๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™€๏ธYoga experts merely putting fingers as per Yoga Mudra as dancers๐Ÿ‘ฏ showing their mudras.

That means when practicing Yoga ๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™€๏ธMudra, we should drive our energy to palm and fingers.. Etc and works the energyโšก as said before. Then only gets the full merits of Yoga ๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™€๏ธMudra. It is only possible by knowing TPW. Otherwise it is nothing good.

By learning TPW a ๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™€๏ธ teacher can understand that his students' individual๐Ÿ‘ค energyโšก work properly when doing Aasanas and Mudras.

Yoga (๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™€๏ธ) is meant for spiritual , mental and an internal exercise.

When doing ๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™€๏ธ Aasanas there should be the individual energy (โšก) reach at the internal organs . This energyโšก should vitalize, activate, energize and renovate internal organs. Then only yoga๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™€๏ธbecomes the best mental and physical exercise.

If you can't drive your individual energy to the internal organs according to Aasanas , then yoga ๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™€๏ธ turn to be only a slightly relaxing exercise for body and mind.
The main criticism against yoga ๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™€๏ธ is that it is only a relaxing method.

But actually it is not. But a yoga ๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™€๏ธperson should drive his individual energy to the internal organs as per Aasanas.
