🪴 Ingredients:
5–6 amla (gooseberries), 1 cup grated coconut, 1 sprig curry leaves,
½ tsp cumin seeds, 2–3 green chillies, salt to taste

👩‍🍳 Method:
Grind the amla first, then add the rest of the ingredients and blend to a semi-coarse texture. Add a little water only if needed for consistency.

• 1 cup rice bran

• Melted jaggery (to taste)
