Karkidaka Chikitsa โ€“ also known as Monsoon Ayurveda Therapy โ€“ is a traditional and time-honored healing practice, rooted deeply in the ancient science of Ayurveda. It is specifically observed during the Monsoon months, when the heavy rains create a naturally conducive environment for detoxification, rejuvenation, and strengthening of the body and mind.
