Living with migraine can be challenging, but it is important to remember that pain does not define your strength. Every episode may test your patience, yet each time you rise after the pain, you become stronger than before. Healing is not only about medicine, but also about hope, courage, and consistent self-care. By making small changes in lifestyle, learning to manage stress, and embracing positive thoughts, you can reduce the burden of migraine and reclaim control over your life. Always remind yourself you are not weaker because of your pain, you are stronger because you face it and still move forward.

Migraine is a chronic neurological condition marked by recurrent episodes of severe headache, often accompanied by nausea, vomiting, and sensitivity to light and sound. Unlike common headaches, migraine pain is usually throbbing, one-sided, and can last from a few hours to several days. Its exact cause is not fully understood, but abnormal brain activity, vascular changes, and neurotransmitter imbalance are considered major factors. Stress, lack of sleep, hormonal fluctuations, certain foods, and sensory stimuli like bright light or loud noise often trigger attacks. Symptoms may occur in stages, starting with early warning signs such as mood changes or fatigue, followed by visual disturbances (aura) in some individuals, then intense headache, and finally post-attack tiredness. Management includes both preventive and curative measures. Modern medicine uses pain relievers, triptans, and preventive drugs, while lifestyle adjustments such as regular sleep, stress reduction, and dietary regulation are essential. Ayurveda relates migraine to *Ardhavabhedaka*, a Vata-Pitta disorder, managed through *Nasya karma* (nasal therapies), *Shirodhara*, and herbs like Brahmi and Yashtimadhu, along with avoiding triggering factors. An integrative approach combining modern and Ayurvedic strategies helps achieve better relief and improves quality of life.
