Infertility with very low AMH (0.1), low AFC, and high FSH – our journey to natural conception through Homeopathy.
വളരെ കുറഞ്ഞ AMH (0.1), കുറഞ്ഞ AFC, ഉയർന്ന FSH എന്നിവയോടൊപ്പമുള്ള വന്ധ്യതയിൽ നിന്നും സ്വാഭാവിക ഗർഭധാരണത്തിലേക്കുള്ള ഞങ്ങളുടെ യാത്ര.
Review: - I would like to share my journey in the hope that it gives confidence to others going through infertility.
Our journey began with a health concern—continuous heavy bleeding—which led me to consult a gynecologist.
During evaluation, I was diagnosed with very low AMH (0.13) and high FSH, indicating low ovarian reserve.
We proceeded with treatments including medications, 4 IUIs, and even attempted IVF. However, IVF had to be stopped midway due to very low AFC and insufficient egg retrieval. We were eventually advised to consider donor eggs, which was emotionally very difficult for us.
At that point, after almost 2 years of marriage and going through various treatments, we decided to consult Dr. Dileep Kumar for homeopathy treatment, whom we came to know about through one of our relatives and a homeopathy doctor. By then, my AMH had further dropped to 0.1.
From the very first consultation, we felt hopeful. He patiently listened to our concerns, carefully reviewed our medical history, explained everything clearly, and guided us with medication and lifestyle changes while setting realistic expectations.
Gradually, I saw significant improvements—my cycles became regular, bleeding stopped, and PMS improved. My hormone levels also showed encouraging changes—my AMH first improved to 0.419, and my FSH levels reduced. During the course of treatment, my AMH later dropped to 0.055, but again improved to 0.082 along with maintaining lower FSH levels.
My husband also underwent treatment to improve s***m motility, which further supported our journey.
With consistent treatment and patience, after 2 years, we were finally able to conceive naturally.
Today, after 4 years of marriage, we are blessed to be parents to our little miracle boy, now 4 months old.

തുടർച്ചയായ അമിത രക്തസ്രാവം എന്ന ആരോഗ്യപ്രശ്നവുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട് ഒരു ഗൈനക്കോളജിസ്റ്റിനെ കണ്ടതോടെയാണ് ഞങ്ങളുടെ ഈ യാത്രയുടെ തുടക്കം. പരിശോധനയിൽ എനിക്ക് വളരെ കുറഞ്ഞ AMH (0.13), ഉയർന്ന FSH എന്നിവ കണ്ടെത്തി. ഇത് അണ്ഡാശയത്തിലെ അണ്ഡങ്ങളുടെ കുറവിനെയാണ് (low ovarian reserve) സൂചിപ്പിച്ചത്.
മരുന്നുകൾ, 4 തവണ ചെയ്ത IUI എന്നിവയുൾപ്പെടെയുള്ള ചികിത്സകളുമായി ഞങ്ങൾ മുന്നോട്ട് പോയി. തുടർന്ന് IVF പരീക്ഷിച്ചെങ്കിലും, കുറഞ്ഞ AFC കാരണവും ആവശ്യത്തിന് അണ്ഡങ്ങൾ ലഭിക്കാത്തതിനാലും അത് പാതിവഴിയിൽ നിർത്തേണ്ടി വന്നു. അവസാനം Donor eggs സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതിനെക്കുറിച്ച് ആലോചിക്കാൻ ഡോക്ടർമാർ നിർദ്ദേശിച്ചു. വൈകാരികമായി അത് ഞങ്ങൾക്ക് ഉൾക്കൊള്ളാൻ പ്രയാസമായിരുന്നു.
വിവാഹം കഴിഞ്ഞ് ഏകദേശം 2 വർഷത്തോളമായി വിവിധ ചികിത്സകൾ നടത്തിയിരുന്ന ആ ഘട്ടത്തിലാണ്, ഞങ്ങളുടെ ഒരു ബന്ധുവും ഹോമിയോപ്പതി ഡോക്ടറുമായ ഡോ. Jayadev നിർദേശിച്ചത് അനുസരിച്ച് ഡോ. ദിലീപ് കുമാറിൻ്റെ കീഴിൽ ഹോമിയോപ്പതി ചികിത്സ ആരംഭിക്കാൻ ഞങ്ങൾ തീരുമാനിച്ചത്. അപ്പോഴേക്കും AMH വീണ്ടും കുറഞ്ഞ് 0.1 ആയി മാറിയിരുന്നു.
ആദ്യത്തെ കൺസൾട്ടേഷൻ മുതൽ തന്നെ ഞങ്ങൾക്ക് വലിയ പ്രതീക്ഷ തോന്നി. അദ്ദേഹം വളരെ ക്ഷമയോടെ ഞങ്ങളുടെ ആശങ്കകൾ കേൾക്കുകയും മെഡിക്കൽ ഹിസ്റ്ററി പരിശോധിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു. കാര്യങ്ങൾ വ്യക്തമായി വിശദീകരിച്ചു തന്നതിനൊപ്പം, കൃത്യമായ മരുന്നുകളും ജീവിതശൈലി മാറ്റങ്ങളും അദ്ദേഹം നിർദ്ദേശിച്ചു.
ക്രമേണ, എന്റെ ആരോഗ്യത്തിൽ വലിയ മാറ്റങ്ങൾ കണ്ടുതുടങ്ങി—ആർത്തവചക്രം കൃത്യമായി, അമിത രക്തസ്രാവം നിന്നു, PMS ലക്ഷണങ്ങൾ മെച്ചപ്പെട്ടു. ഹോർമോൺ നിലയിലും മാറ്റങ്ങൾ വന്നു—എന്റെ AMH ആദ്യം 0.419 ആയി മെച്ചപ്പെടുകയും FSH നില കുറയുകയും ചെയ്തു. ചികിത്സയുടെ ഇടയിൽ AMH പിന്നീട് 0.055 ആയി കുറഞ്ഞെങ്കിലും, വീണ്ടും അത് 0.082 ലേക്ക് മെച്ചപ്പെട്ടു. അതോടൊപ്പം FSH നില നിയന്ത്രണത്തിലായി തുടരുകയും ചെയ്തു.

കൃത്യമായ ചികിത്സയും ക്ഷമയും കൈമുതലാക്കി, 2 വർഷത്തിന് ശേഷം ഒടുവിൽ ഞങ്ങൾക്ക് സ്വാഭാവികമായി ഗർഭം ധരിക്കാൻ സാധിച്ചു.
