அடிபடுவதால் ஆரோக்கியமான பல் வெளியே வந்தாலோ ,விழுந்தாலோ 20 நிமிடங்களுக்குள் விழுந்த பல்லை சுத்தம் செய்யாமல் ,பால் அல்லது அவரவர் எச்சிலில் போட்டு பல் மருத்துவரிடம் கொண்டு சென்றால் , பல்லை மீண்டும் வாயினுள் பொருத்தி காப்பாற்ற இயலும்

If a tooth is avulsed, make sure it is a permanent tooth (primary teeth should not be replanted).
• Keep the patient calm.
• Find the tooth and pick it up by the crown (the white part). Avoid touching the root.
• If the tooth is dirty, wash it briefly (10 seconds) under cold running water and reposition it. dont touch or wipe the root.Try to encourage the patient / parent to replant the tooth. Bite on a handkerchief to hold it in position.
• If this is not possible, place the tooth in a suitable storage medium
1.a glass of milk
2.Their own saliva
Avoid storage in water!
• Seek emergency dental treatment immediately
