The Wellness Club, organized for Allied Health Sciences (AHS) students, was a remarkable success, focusing on the mental, physical, and emotional well-being of participants.
Through interactive sessions, engaging workshops, and practical activities, students explored stress management techniques, mindfulness practices, and effective self-care strategies.
The initiative created a supportive space for students to share experiences, foster connections, and prioritize their personal well-being. Participant feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with many expressing appreciation for this meaningful opportunity to focus on mental health.
