Hello everyone now i m presenting 1st day and 7th day of Distal Radius Fracture (DR #) on going protocol. Patient meet road traffic accident had DR #. Conservatively managed. Patient came for HAND THERAPY 3 months old from date of injury.
Therapy:
* Wax both
* Passive mobilization of all fingers and thumb.
* Strengthening exercise for long flexor.
* Hydrotherapy
* Encourage patient to do ADL activities.

18 weeks back he had oblique # of proximal phalanx of left middle finger. now patient came for hand therapy management.
Slide:
1-2: First day
3-4: 10th day
5-6: 21st day (Starts Flexor Out-trigger Traction - FOT)
7-8: 28th day (ADPD IMRL - 1,1,1,1)
Note :
keep FOT in NIGHT use along with MCP flexion traction

Patient had three months old Gangrene Exicion of Distal 2/3 of Hypothenar aspect and 1/3 of Thenar aspect and also Dorsum of left hand. After 5 weeks from Surgery patient came for Hand Therapy Management.

Patient had Regular Dressing and Stiff Hand Management and also had TENS for both Flexor and Extensor extrinsic muscles of hand.

FLEXOR TENDON PROTOCOL:
He is a case of assault injury in Zone 5 right hand. He had delayed Primary Repair of FDS & FDP of index finger and FPL & FPB of thumb and also branches of Median Nerve. After 7 days from the surgery patient came to physiotherapy management.
