Gnanodhaya Gurukulam started by Founder Yogachariya K.V.K, Shivaswamy and his sons also joined in this. Yogachariya K.V.K, Shivaswamy having More than 30 years experience in Yoga Practice and teaching yoga for various illness. The grukulam helps people to improve their personal practice from beginner to advance practitioner and also trains teachers who wants to become yoga teachers. Gnanodhaya provide yoga therapy for various illnesses. The main Objective of Gurukulam:
Teach Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga (Asana, Dristi, Bandha, Breath and Vinyasa)
Teach Hatha Yoga (Kriya, Asana, Pranayama, Mudra)
Teach Meditation methods. Guiding people for Yogic Lifestyle

Help of Kriya, Asana, Pranayama and Meditation using yoga as a therapy for physical and psychological illness. Gnanodhaya yoga gurukulam conducts specialised teacher training program for mysore style ashtanga vinyasa yoga and Hatha yoga. The teacher training (ashtanga or Hatha) is comprehensive yoga instructor training program for a person who wants to learn, practice, experiment, and experience the yoga life style. This program for people who is interest in teaching the systematic approach of yoga to enhance the quality of human life.

Practicing yoga is not suppression of thoughts and emotions. The yoga practice means finding the true nature of you that is underneath or behind all of the other activities in the mind field. This comes through a practice method which dealing with the body, breath and mind.
